Does the above diet look good for someone who is cutting weight? I'm 5'5 and before I started eating right I weighed about 233lbs. I've been eating correctly for two weeks now and I'm down to 225. My lifts have suffered though, especially overhead press/bench press. I do some cardio for 30-45 minutes a day.
Is there anything I should eat or don't eat? Is my protein intake enough? I'm sorry I don't have all the other stats like body fat or BMI. I need to go to the doctors office to get those checked out. Also the above foods are just a rough estimate of what I eat. Sometimes I might throw in an apple. I also eat a lot of vegetables and garlic, too.
