Hi this is my first post.

This is what i eat:

9.00 - porridge
12.00 - 3x chicken breasts & fruit
2.30 - tuna pasta
5.00 - protein drink
7.00 - 2x chicken breasts wiht veg
9.00 - 4x scrambled eggs

Does this look ok? If not what would you do, i dont want to balloon - just put on good quality muscle and cut up!!!

besides the scrambles eggs, you have no real source of fat and a calorie count(per meal and daily total including carbs, protein, and fat) would be helpful along with stats so we know how much you should be eating

Agreed.

Other than that, the only thing I can suggest off the bat is you need some protein in your first meal of the day.

There seems to be a lack of protein in meal 1,and carbs in meals 2and,4.What about some casein or a slow releasing protein source before bed?
Needs some adjustments imo.

What is it that you have against colorfull vegatables????
How about egg white omlets packed with salsa and veggies for breakfast along with the Porridge( I am assuming this is a clean oatmeal)
I would switch 5:00 and 9:00..I like clean water /protein shakes at night, where durring the day I would use juice as well as yogurt and fruit. But hey thats just my opinion.

I disagree here. Aside from a casein shake, whole food is generally going to be better as a pre-bed meal because it takes longer to digest.

what i like for breakfast like previously stated is a good source of protein... idealy casein is excellent due to its slow digestive process... best for that is cottage cheese... or if you want get some casein in powder format...

if need be just a regular whey protein shake will do the trick to... but protein in your 1st meal is preaty important...

and cottage cheese is very good also before bed time... for the same above reasons...

hope this helps...

obviously manage your protein and carb intake depending on your body wheight...

There's a very basic... BUT effective 12 week low-carb diet plan in this months FLEX magazine if you wanne have a quick look into it...
