Does this count as a meal?

I eat a regular lunch at about 11:30 am. Then a low carb MRP at about 2:30. Then another regular meal at about 5 for pre workout.

Question is, does one low-carb MRP constitute a meal? I'm concernde that for 5.5 hours, the only thing I'm eating is that MRP. Is that sufficient for keeping the metabolism going?
