Does this bother anybody?

You're in a relationship with someone, and you share some affectionate moments, call each other "baby", coo and pet and cuddle and buy each other nice birthday presents or what have you. Then you break up, and more often than not, there are bad feelings between the two of you. Sometimes it can get pretty ugly. It makes all you emotions seem so damn trivial and false. I like to stay on good terms with my ex girlfriends if at all possible, but still...

Does this bother anybody else?

Hopefully this post made sense.

Does anyone breathe?? Does anyone put their pants on leg first?

That is like asking if anyone blinks their eyes!!!!

Yeah, I guess you are right. It kinda sucks though.

I've come up with my own theory, and it has held true for now, atleast in my experiences. Emotions are just that, materalized at certain times triggered but an event. If you watch a scary movie you might feel that "fear" and it may even effect you a few hours later, but eventually it passes, it fades and you no longer worry about it. Even with love, it's great at first but eventually that inital shocker isn't there anymore, and that too fades. Life is depressing.

Good lord man you are quite depressing....I can see you being in a relationship with a girl and instead of saying "I love you" you would probably say "Right now I have a strong emotion towards you that will fade in the future honey". You seem to analyze and belittle every emotion in life in your posts and make them negative...go pick a flower or something! Be happy!

If I picked a flower, you can bet your life that out of the whole bunch, the sweetest dandelion to my eyes carried a disease. Happiness? How can I miss something I've never had?

Something you've never had?? Oh dear....anyone can have happiness, most choose to sit there and whine about how much their life sucks. They're too busy whining to realize all the good things that are out there for them.

That's not fair, you don't know me, or what experiences I've had. Have your heart torn out and your soul humilated, use your pride to stand up on your crutch then starve yourself for two weeks and see how far you can spread your wings.

I hear ya..
Why waste your time realizing you haven't had something special?
Put that energy into making a difference or change..
Don't except that your not happy..
Or maybe you like feeling that way...

I don't hope for anything. I expect the worst and pray for the best, you ever have that feeling, you just know something is going to go amiss? I get that a lot. Maybe I'm just "weird" or bitter but it isn't that easy for me.

Thats understandable, but why give yourself an out...
Its easy to try and then realize that your just going to fall back into the same hole..
You created it, just in case when you try it doesn't work..
Thats like maxing your bench with heavy weight,
knowing there is a spotter for you,in case you fail at the attempt but at least you tried, right..

I've done everything without help, I didn't give myself an out, I didn't ask for my malady, it was given to me. Can things become better and turn optismitic, sure, I'm sure it has for many people, for me though I'm not found yet what I seek.

You'll never find it if you seek it..
Create it...
The part with help was just a similarity with the weightlifting..
You'll get it...
