Simply said, my wife woke up this morning with a not-too-pleasnt pelvic pain... she says last night I was a little bit "too enthusiastic" with the thrusting
so, do you thing that squatting has anything to do with your "force" increasing? objectively speaking, when one looks at the muscles being trained by the Squats, it could very well be the case, but I blame it on the bottle of wine I drank last night and the carb-load I had during the day (all that glycogen had to go somewhere right?). There is also another reason I suspect as well...
anyway, post up the exercises you believe will improve your loving-giving stamina/power...
