Does SARM4 make your joints stiff?

I'm just about one week in, and when squatting last night my knees were unusually stiff and now today sore. All my other joints seem fine though. Is this like an anti-e thing where I should expect joint stiffness, or are my knees just buggin' for some reason?

Are you taking anything else?

If your knee continues to hurt like that, look into skeletal balm; that stuff is the shit on me.

Thanks bro. I am clean other than the S4. So far only one bad knee day on leg day, I'll avoid the S4 assumption ofpain unless this continues.

I ran SARMS plenty of times never had a joint problem, be sure you're getting enough water, Vit E,Omega 3 fish oil,flax seed oil....etc

never wrap knees unless doing heavy low rep sets, which i pretty much NEVER do anymore at my age. but again everything for me has been consistent in the last months, only the addition of S4, then this knee stiffness yesterday. same workout routine even.
