No it cannot, will not shut down pacreas, it behaves like insulin in some manners, but it's in fact, NOT insulin.

Why I like IGF, with HGH you really need the insulin to push the GH in, IGF you dont, no insulin issues what so ever. When I started IGF, the threw away the dangerous Insulin.
