Does Juice Fuc* Up your Joints?

This is a rumor right? Reason im asking is becous ei have a shoudler injury im trying to heal. Iw oudl think AAs are good for joints as they are muscle...they make them heal faster jsu tliek msucle but to a much lesser degree.....?? Karma for all who help..
Thank you

Joints are not muscle, they are connective tissue and AAS does not help them heal. Actually the rapidly increased poundages lifted can cause more injuries to occur as the connective tissue does not build strength nearly as fast as muscle does. So in that essence AS seems to make it more likely that an injury will occur, so be careful and always lift with proper form.

Very true... It does seem like winstrol has a tendency to "dry" out your joints, causing pain when you train, which I have experienced, so you might want to avoid that one if you have any joint injuries. Popular belief is that deca will cause water retention in the joints, which will not heal an injury, but at least make it feel better while on it. My experience with deca backs that up as well

In a nutshell it's an agent that is injected into weak, loose or damaged tendons which is actually inflammatory. This inflammation forces it to go into an accelerated healing mode. I've had problems with my elbow in which I couldn't even do a single curl and had nearly complete recovery after 3 treatments. The stuff works, plain and simple. Lay off straight bar stuff for a while too, and use only dumbells. I had some relief from that too. Let me know if you have any more q's about prolo. hth

Agreed. I found when I did my first cycle ALL my old injuries were giving me grief. I just played it cool and took care of them with deep tissue massage, ice, heat, DMSO, flexall and stretching and they went away in the last couple weeks of my cycle. I definitely would never start a cycle with an injury though. I'd wait at least 1 month after getting over an injury before starting a cycle, and I mean completely getting over it.

I hear what you're saying brother. :(

But it's actually cheaper than that. I was getting my elbow done for $125 if I remember correctly. He charged per joint, not per number of injections. It might even have been a little cheaper than that. I'm unsure because my insurance did cover some of it, I just cannot remember how much. Good luck bro.

Using a specific rehabilitation plan, Deca has been of some use in curing nagging injuries that I've had over time in my elbow, ham, knee and achilles.

Anadrol will cushion joints like deca too, but I've never used it long enough to see if it would ultimately heal the problem areas (as I have with deca).

A great legal stack that I've researched, put together and used offers good relief and healing action while on:

1500 mg/day glucosamine sulfate (not glucosamine hcl or n-acetyl glucosamine) (1x dosing)
2000 mg/day chondroitin sulfate (1x dosing)
10 gr/day hydrolyzed collagen (1x dosing)
1200 mg/day niacinamide (4x dosing for optimal results)

That's good to hear. Hauser's supposed to be really good. My doc, who teaches other doc's how to do this, actually taught Hauser -- according to him anyway. Small world eh. Hey give it three treatments before you really judge it although I'm positive you'll see a big difference once you heal from the first treatment. I say that because you're gonna be one sore mofo after the treatment but this is supposed to happen. Email or PM me if you have any more questions, especially after you get your first treatment. Good luck with it and all the best. :)
