Does it MATTER where your PROTEIN COMES FROM?

I have been experimenting with ONE shake a day - just before bed, and I'm seeing very nice results.........I make sure you get an easily digestible meal post-workout.....dropped the glucose/whey just to see what happens.........enjoying it right now.......
 
As light as you are, i would hit a shake in the morning, post workout, and possibly before bed, or post and before bed.
Whatever you see...eat it. I suspect you have an incredible high metabolism so it is hard to gain any weight, so eat eat and eat some more.

ummm I'm not that light... 127 is not light for someone who's 5 '2 :verygood: ;)

Most definitely. I can speak from personal experience, a year or two back I was getting most of my protein from shakes. Once I switched to mostly whole food sources (eggs, steak, chicken, milk) the gains came a lot faster. I don't know the mechanisms behind it or why thats the way it is, but it is what it is

and digestion is better too

as soon as u done grilling wipe it off with paper towel while it is still on..

clean up is so easy

I mean I wash it like I do any plate... I think that's why it gets messed up after 2 months or so :worried:

But is that all you do wipe it off with a paper towel?? .... I don't think it gets really clean that way :worried:
 
I prefer using a sponge on it instead of a paper towel. Its a non stick surface so its easy to clean.

Its quite possible you have such a high metabolism that by substituting protein shakes into a major part of your diet your cutting off alot of the fats and carbs your body previously used a fuel? Can try tossing in another 500 calories of "whole" foods. If that does not work try 1000. If you need to go above that, woo boy might need to get a 2nd stomache.
