ssris are pure poison they dont even work as advertised , and they make you so much worse, its unreal. go on 60mg prozac, you'll be suicidal overnight.

they create chemical imbalances simply because depression aint caused by 1 single thing its caused by tonz of things combined and when you simply boost serotonin you create an imbalance with your other neurotransmitters like dopamine, norephrine etcc and hence your body goes into auto suicide mode.

Well i think my problems stem from the fact ive spent the past several years with sever sleep apnea and i just learned this last week. I mean alll the stuff i told the therapist i could have been telling the sleep Dr.

Oh man, most def it is the apnea. That lack of REM sleep is slowly killin ya bro. The mask will help a ton. My dad has used one for years - it took some getting used to, but his energy levels skyrocketed after he started getting some quality rest.

The doses of SSRIs are minimal and have nothing to do with the doses involved for treating depression. Zoloft for a ephedrine-zoloft stack may be 10-50mg/day. For depression it would be 100-200mg/day. For prozac it is 10mg/day for stacks, but for depression it is 40-80mg/day.

I just didnt care....about anything.....too much for me. I went back to the Lexapro but Im thinking i even need to back down on that. I just use some alprozolam(generic xanax) when i need it for anxiety and i think that works best.
