Does eq help with joints? Need help

Hi, I've been on eq for 3 weeks now and i'm getting pains in my shoulders. Just wondering if anyone thinks i should swap it for deca? Or would lowering my dose of test and eq and adding deca at a low dose help? If eq helps joints would it have even kicked it yet at just 3 weeks? I would prefer to leave the deca but i'd rather take it then suffer joint pain

what is your cycle? what is your routine? Did you up your training volume when you went on?

More info needed like others stated.....no offense, but proper form on certain movements is possibility.....I stopped doing flat BB bench press over 3 months ago n my shoulders, especially my problematic right one, have never felt better.....deca would only b a temporary fix IMO until u come off it......

Ok thanks for all the replies guys. My cycle is 900sust 600eq a week. My training hasn't changed that much, lifting slightly more(db shoulder press went from 35kg to 40kg). I used deca before at a high dose first cycle when i hadn't a clue what i was doing and joints where fine. Strength or training routine never changed after cycle and shoulders were fine. Its only last few days shoulders have started to hurt. How much fish oils should i be consuming? I'm not currently taking anything for joints. Really wana stay away from deca but if pain persists would 150mg week help? I have to agree with megadad, i noticed on monday doing flat bench bb my shoulders were very very sore. Megadad, do you still do incline and decline bench? Don't mind dropping flat bench if it will help my shoulders

I still do BB decline presses but stay away from flat BB strictly n occasionally do incline BB but mostly on smith machine....all other presses r done on hammer strength wide, flat, incline n decline....I get best results from heavy incline DB which I am consistently up to 12 reps with the 125lb DBs, working up of course.....I do 2-3 warm up sets with 1 light flye set then 4 working sets of 12.....recently last 2 working sets r 12 reps with 125s.....shoulders feel great with staying away from flat BB bench.....read a lot about how flat BB bench is an overall bad exercise n proper form is critical to prevent pain.....flat bench is almost a science to get right....my only flat bench stuff is typically flyes n hammer strength......:)

Someone posted something on here showing EQ to be better than Deca for collagen synthesis. I would take growth or peptides for joints with the proper nutrition supps and Physical Therapy exercizes.
