Does Dbol Bridge Impair Next Cycle Dbol Effectiveness?

Lots of people find that dbol stops being effective after 5-8 weeks. If you bridge on 10mg, then start cycle (with IM's also) at 30-40mg, will you still get the nice 5-8 week kickstart that dbol usually provides?

why bridge? youre just extending your cycle. you will not recover your HPTA while on dbol! just come off clean, and go back on when youre ready

I agree ... a bridge is just an excuse to stay on and prolong recovery. Its a good question though, and I would say no. I have also never heard of dbol stop being effective after 5-8 weeks, most people report that is when it gets good, most just dont run it that long cause they only use it for a kickstart.

thanks guys..

p.s. HPTA recovery? Bwahahahahahahaha. at this point my nads are there for cosmetic purposes only. The only recovery I worry about is HDL levels.

Your HPTA will recover while using a dbol bridge. You need to keep the dosage to 10mg/day or less though. It will take longer to recover for some but you will recover full function.
No it doesn't effect the next cycle.

Thanks for this post Ulter. Finally, someone has the balls to come out and speak the truth. The dbol bridge works, that's all there is to it. Everyone just deal with it. The issue is not if you come off or not. The issue is whether it's effective for helping you maintain muscle while your HPTA comes back on line.

lol .. what do you mean by someone having the balls to tell the truth? lol. mmk.

I have read all these bridge threads, and even ol Fonzys famous post explaining it. Sure, there is evidence that shows in favour of this. And ya, sure ... its effective for helping you maintain muscle while comming off. thats because its a steroid you are taking. I am with drjmw on the bridge theory, you are suppressed within 48hrs of any aas intake. Dbol increases your average testosterone level by 5 times.

This whole trying to "piggy back" the dosage on your natural test spike, and having to take it at the exact same time every morning, then tapering down to 5mg every morning, still at the excact same time then even lower. Whats the point? If a cycle is particularily long or harsh, you should be lowering your dosage, or changing substances near the end to prepare for an easier recovery. BTW, this is supposedly an effective way to run an "off-ramp", not a bridge. An off-ramp, you actually do come off. A bridge means you never come off of aas!!!

As Ulter mentioned .. it will take LONGER, if it does even fully restore for you (you wont know when/if it does without testing). If you are going to hinder or prolong your ability to recover, why bother to come off? Why not get more gains, than 5mg of dbol will give you every morning at 6:45am. I guess that I am a believer that instead of prolonging this recovery phase, ... that running a proper and effective PCT, ASAP, to work on your HPTA, and to also work on getting a rapid restoration of testicular mass is what will help you maintain your gains better than continuing to take aas.

Have you ever heard of those people who swear by drinking a beer first thing the next morning to "cure" a hangover? Some swear by this. I would rather pound back a tun of water, take some multis, and eat a good meal. Know what I am saying mang?

I agree totaly, Dbol is NOT natural test, we have to remember that test is produced as a consequence od taking Dbol, maybe some of the smarter chemical bio dusde around here can explain in more detail, Ive used a Dbol bridge many times and its great!

I did the dball bridge before and i did recover, no blood work to prove it, but upon ceasing the bridge i did not loose a pound and my strenght was unaffected as was my drive. Months later all the gains are there, so i would say it worked for ME. I used 10mg @ 5:00 AM every morning. i had no Crash whatsoever post bridge. Best post cycle results thus far.

I guess that I am just a believer of that, .... why dont you just stay on, until you are ready to come off? I think that running a proper PCT immediately is a better way to hold gains. If done right, you should recovery quickly, and have no problems keeping gains.

Also, I think its equally important to take proper PCT actions, such as adjust your diet and training accordingly. I alwasy take 1 week off after a cycle. Most people freak out at this, but its the best way for your body to adjust to your new found mass. Most people try to workout twice as hard (worst time ever, when you are used to training with gear, now its leaving your system), and end up running themselves into the ground, and overtraining and loosing gains. Intense weight training puts a tremeeeendous amount of stress on your body (ten fold after juicing, and gaining 15 lbs of mass), and it is not just your muscles that are affected. The entire neuromuscular system, as well as immune function is stressed by weight-training. The bottom line is that your body physically NEEDS time off approximately every 8-10 weeks. Some individuals may need a recovery week more often than this and some less often, but 8-10 weeks is a good general guideline. And when your body is physically transforming from juice, its a garantee that this is more beneficial to you then trying to train twice as hard to keep those gains.

Diet is key as well, and should be adjusted to match your new condition. I just think that once people have all their steps in check, they dont need to worry about loosing all their gains, and have to run DBol in a PCT stage, or bridge, lol. Dont kid yourself, ... I love dbol more than the next person, but not when I am trying to recover.

Same stuff I've been preaching for years. Especially the dietary adjustment and training volume and frequency changes.
