I can't access my old account due to inactivity. When I type in my old user name, they ask for credit card info and payment or you can't get any further. It didn't cost anything a few months ago. What's up?

Thats to activate your old account, you will have to start a new one from scratch, its good for as long as you use it, but after 90 days of inactivity it will be closed.
