Does clen dry you guys out

Oh man.... I actually once had an Anal Cramp on the bowl from Clen use once..... Dude, I thought my fucking colon was gonna drop out of me..... That was a scary one.... Another good one was my cheek, not my ass cheek, my actual facial cheek.... Started cramping on me at the gym, and nothing was making it stop..... That one hurt bad....
