The reason I ask, is because I need to find as many different green veggies that have fiber in it for my diet. So I can spice my meals up.

If you eat broccoli eat as much as you want if you eat 85 cals. in broccoli you will burn 170 cals. it takes twice as much or more do digest broccoli.
