thanks guys ! I will make damn sure I use a fair amount of oils as the last cycle of hella and epi was real bad on my shoulders!!!
krill oil , flax oil , fish oil and cissus powder should do the trick , it will def keep my fats up thats for sure . lol

HELL YES to the Krill oil on improving joint function, get yourself from Ruthless bro. Beast can def cause joint pain because its a DHT derivative, up your carb intake along water.

with beastdrol i have never notice dry joints, but i do load up on lots of taurine..... i believe that helped prevent dry joints aswell as it got rid of the back pumps that come with beast

Taurine is a muscle relaxant so in theory it could help with joints but will def help with muscle pumps/spasms.
