Does BBF use synthol?

This guy gains 32 lbs in one year... but 1.75" on his arms during that time... then throws up a picture... there is no way you can gani taht much size in your arms while ONLY gaining 32 lbs. I mean those things are getting close to 19" when pumped... he says he trains his arms harder than any other body part, and has been on cycle for the entrie year... and says he has a low bicep insertion and a high tricep insertion... but I don't know. A little winny in those arms... or is it synthol? Hmmmm.... You decide.

I don't think you use that crap. You admitted to site injections, and said your arms are genetically shaped like that. People just like to hate, your arms look good, and they don't look full of synthol.
 
Paulo, no asperations of writting an e-book. If I ever write a book, I don't think it will be about bodybuilding or sex... I will probably write childrens books or something.

no he doesn't use synthol, he just doesnt know how to train for overall proportions. thats why he has the quads of a professional bodybuilder and the pecs of a high school basketball player.

LoL, I said almost 19" pumped (18.75"), which is why I thought it amusing that I was accused of using synthol in two other threads. Its my joints, insertions and the lighting. It really hit my tricep good with the sun-light coming in the window behind me. How are yours lifts coming, orb?

Paulo knows his grammer. But, Paulo also gets confused sometimes when 'he' is being used, as it is not entirely clear whether he is referring to himself or to another person. Thus, the differentation between third and second person. Paulo conceeds the fact that he was indeed incorrect and will now go back to reading the anabolic forum so that Paulo can someday get jacked like BBF.

I can't even tell you how often in the real life professional bodybuilding community a light-hearted discussion of synthol quickly turns into a heated one of grammar and its roles of persons and use of pronouns.

What's hard to comprehend is that I've asked you to back up your claim and all you can say is "No, my way is right."

It's not used "either way." Your original explanation was wrong. For first person, you used "you" as a subject as opposed to "I." When you use "you" as a subject, it's second person.

Then for your second person explanation, you used a third person subject - "bodybyfinaplix."

You got third person right though.

Just edit all your posts to say "ssme is right" and it can all end here.
 
bbf should work in a gay bar dancing on tables...this would allow him to recieve adequate attention, thus relieving the board of such self-aborsbed tripe as this thread...
 
Well now that we know you can post new pics, why dont you throw some more up since the one you took of your arms was meant to show them in the way you are intending....Take some regular angles in normal lighting that just shows them for what they are. Also do you like to hear you self talk in person Im just curious ? :)

tryn, I borrowed that cam. I've got my own as of this afternoon, but I'm ahving alot of trouble posing more than 1 foot from my computer and actually pressing the button at the same time.

Your arms and delts look great and very thick. Id be intrested in your diet and training as well. I know a little about gear but diet and weightloss is my faults and tranining I always like to see what works for others. Thansk bro.

tryn2, well while gaing the 32 lbs since my old avatar, this year my diet was a CKD on a four day split. 3 days of keto, one day of carb loading. I averaged around 6000-7000 calories most days. I'm a big fan of eating alot of raw greeen veggies, so most of my carbs came from green veggies most days. I try to eat around 1 lbs of them every day. Earlier in the year I Ate around 600 grams of protien a day for a short period of time (no shakes... all real food) and my carbs were a bit higher due to eatnig alot of natural peanut butter, but eventualy I changed it around and did around 75% fat, 25% protien, with an average of 30 grams fo carbs a day. I'm played close attention to my EFA intake, and tried to keep my n-3-to-n-6 ratio between 1:1 and 2:1. I take in around 4 tbs of flax seed oil a day in order to ensure enough EFA's are present in the right ratios, even though the foods I eat are reasonably high in them

Tyn, for the last 6-8 months, I've used no suppliments in my diet outside of a multi-vitamin, vit E, vit C, a calcium suppliment and EFA's.

My routine up consided of training every body part 3-4 times a week (although some weeks only twice and a couple of times I went as high as 5 times) utilizing only a doubple split. I focus on doing very heavy stripping sets and stripping sets (trying to do most sets in teh 4-6 rep range), and utlilyzing alot of forced reps and forced negatives. At the end of a workout, I often finish up with a few high rep supersets or striping sets for each body part. My volume tends to be very low for each body part in a given workout, ranging anywhere form 1 to 6 sets. I wouldn't say that I have a set routine.
