Does ATP Liquid Creatine Serum Work?

ErikZ

New member
I was reading a few reviews off the net, however, could not make up my mind. Does the ATP Liquid Creatine (the standard version or the XTra Version) actually help you build more muscle? Or give you more energy? Or improve your lifts? And do all that it claims? (No loading etc...)

What do you guys think about it?

Thanks,
Erik

I've just started using it about two weeks ago and I like it Ok. if you have used the powder before you will notice the differnce. not as much bloat with the liquid which is kind of nice, but if your used to seeing the bloat with the powder you think the liquid isn't doing anything. I know everyone sees creatine in there own way but for me I like it, powder or liquid.. other then no bloat, no load, and no maintence I feel it does the same as the powder........ if you try it give it a fair chance and use the whole bottle..

My mom is in the US and she's bringing me a bottle, cause down here in Brazil they cost twice as much...

Well, I hope it actually works

Did it blur your definition?
Cause i do not want to look fucking bloated with no definition hihihi

There's very little if any bloat

Cool

Gonzo, most of the comments I read around the internet say positive stuff about this ATP Creatine Serum sup. However, I cam across a few guys saying that in liquid form, it is unstable, and even though the company claims that their Creatine is stable in the Serum, there are no tests to back it up. A dude even said that you get like, 1% of Creatine in the whole Serum bottle. So before telling Mom to spend some cash on it, I would like to ask you guyz what you think. Thanks Gonzo, and keep posting hehe

More Replies please guys :)
Thanks :)

Yeah I know studies are hard to come by about the stablity. the company claims 2 years with proper storage. but think of it this way. there are 30 servings in a bottle at 2500mg each. do you think you will still have any left after 2 months. if you buy it, use it. even if it was only stable for 6 months it wouldn't last that long to begin with, at least not in my house.. unless you plan on getting a stock pile of the stuff don't worry about it.
