Seriously bro? I'd say do something else with your money. I work in the fitness industry and I can't even begin to tell you the small chance you have of success in this industry. I see small locally owned gyms close up left and right on a yearly basis. Most don't make it 2 years. Even many of the bigger ones struggle constantly financially.

Very true, Its hard to keep making a profit month to month. Once you have gym members who sign up, thats it. You have to keep getting new members on a continuous basis to keep making money. Not impossible, just VERY hard.

You'd have a better chance money wise just being a personal trainer in a well-to-do area, specifically with lots of the bored housewives types.
