i think pintoca is a really good bloke though i always think of that song "tocas miracle" when i see his name, and have gone to sleep more than a few nights with it stuck in my head

pintoca is awesome...smart and really helpful...when i first got on EF i bothered em with a buncha PMs about his diet and asked em so many nooby questions...never once said stop bothering me (like he couldve) or called me a tubby lost cause so i could go cry and eat ice cream while depressed...instead he offered great advice and explained everything in detail to me...hes a good guy in my book
