beth horn(pro bb'er)eats pecans on her cutting diet-how bad can they be?

ill do some research and tell ya...but the others are also good.
peanuts and p/butter is bad cause it has way too many carbs IMO

i whould like to know also since im leaning and eating moderate carbs,i was thinking about nuts as a mini snack during the day

soy nuts?

i seen soy potatoe chips:P

and the other day they had low carb pasta 10gram carb pasta and 24protein,its not soy protein OMG :?

Don't have a package of peanuts, or my mixed nuts to go by, but if I remember correctly It's only around 4 carbs per serving. How is 4 carbs going hurt somebody's cutting process? I really do think some of you need to get off this "carbs is bad" idea. I get my best cutting results taking in 170-200 grams of carbs a day.

i was concerned about the fat, last weeked i bumped carbs 30 and this week doing it also until i can have carbs around 150 and rest day carbs at about 100 :) it feels good

In my experiences, I have not noticed any significant differences of digestion rate between any of those nuts. I usually end up eating like 8-9 servings in one sitting which adds up to so many fuckin calories. Lately, I've been eating flax meal and vegetables as alternatives to some servings of nuts. Therefore, I still can eat as much as I want/till I'm full, but will be taking in a lower amount of calories. When I relied mostly on nuts as a fat source, I would end up eating 1000+ calories in one sitting.

LMAO - "WATCH OUT FOR THAT CARB...IT'S GONNA GET YOU"

LOL

I think most of the carbs in the nuts are fiber. Peanuts and cashews may be an exception , but still are very very low in carbs.
