does anyone know what's wrong with tom arnold?

i saw tom arnold on a talk show a couple of weeks ago and it looks he was trying to hold back a huge log that was going to spew out. his fidgeting was making me uncomfortable.

just wondering if he's on drugs or if he has a disease of some sort. anyone know?
