Does anyone know if 50cent or LL Cool J use steroids?

brad pitt on juice doubt it.
ed norton wasn't that frigin big in american x (you could that alone with diet and the money and trainers he has)
LL defintely not i did read somewhere about his training he does intense lifting three days and runs like a mofo on his off days. And he swicthes his routine every three weeks or so/ With that being said either way he busts his ass.
NOW good ol 50. I meet this kid a few years back and he wasn't nearly as big as he is now and yes that mofo is pretty damn muscualr for someone who wasn't big a few years back (like 98-99)... But i also read that he was shot in the groin so he may seriously be missing a testicle (HRT) so in his case who the fuck knows. But as someone posted earlier who cares.......
 
this thread just goes to show what most of the members look like. if you think that you have to take gear to look like brad pit or 50, then you are seriously retarded. those guys weight 150lbs wet. give me a break

Its sad, really damned sad, that kids assume that everybody who has a half-way decent physique is using gear. As if the gear is magic, and that the only way to a half decent body is to use sterioids.

Many of these same kids have no clue about how to work out, and how to eat properly.

They want to do biceps curls in the squat rack for 20 minutes, 3x a week. Then eat at McD's and do "E", and drink, and get a great build.

I guess we must have moved into a different era of annoying posts as well. It used to be "what did Brad Pitt take for Fight Club, and what did Ed Norton take for Amercian History X". Now it's questions about "50 Cent". LOL
 
LL sucks when it comes to training.

I am sorry but blacks are superior to other races when it comes to building lean muscle mass...everything from natural higher test levels to majority fast twitch muscle fibers...I saw something on tV about LL workout and trainer and it was a freaking joke...he might as well been doing fucking bodypump lol...he did some boxing and calistenics...i was like big fucking deal...this trainer is getting paid probably tons of money and is a fuckin idiot...once again most trainers have no science behind what they do...except for the bullshit they learn in certification course...which are a joke...i am a trainer so i know...anyways i think blacks can get to 50 cent or LL size naturally...but not because they know what they are doing...its genetics..I trained a semi-pro basketball player and I am doing good to be around 8-10% bodyfat and that is eating very strict...anyways this fucker always had a damn lollypop in his mouth or cake...and was ripped...given the fact that he did do alot of training...i think it was primarily due to genetics...anyways i am ranting to much...sorry to bitch just a pet peeve...guess i am jealous of his genetics...when i started out freshman year in college i was a pathetic 135 lbs at 5'8" and had been since a freshmen in highschool it was until I started studying and reading from the greats like king, poliquin, chek...and old muscle media did i learn to train properly and i got up to 190 naturally in one year...then leaned up 160 in half a year...anyways i will stop bitching...sorry...peace.
 
anyone can get to the size of the guys mentioned in this thread, but todays mentaility is that I dont want to wait long enough to do it naturally, and I want the drugs to do the work for me. If you are smaller than 50 cent or LL and are juicing, then that is just sad and maybe you should have spent some time natural first
 
Well to all the newbies who got all flustered about the responses to this post, it's a joke on the anabolic board about brad pitt and ed norton. The reason being that one of these posts comes up at least once every 2 weeks. So everyone calm down we all do not go to the gym everyday to look like edward norton.
