BIO...i agree that just cuz a trainer has a lot of clients doesnt mean they are good trainers...i see it first hand at my gym where i train...but there is a reason why these fat people have this lady at ur gym as a trainer...they are not stupid...they dont want to be put thru hell...they tell themselves that they do, but in the back of their mind, they know they will get a cake walk from that bitch, but they still feel good cuz they "have a personal trainer" ...but in hollywood, everyone is not stupid...im sure LL, Brad, etc. have some pretty smart people around them that are capable of picking out a good trainer...and when money isnt an object, its not tough

I absolutely agree with this. 9 out of 10 people at the gym just mope through their exercise program. It's really rare to find someone that is really working hard. Magman hit it right on the head when he said that people in the back of their minds really don't want to push themselves.....but want the satisfaction of believing that they really worked hard. What better way to do this than to hire an average personal trainer. This way you can think that your really being trained hard because someone else is dictating the pace your moving at, when in reality that trainer may be making you put in the same effort you would if you were by yourself. I am a personal trainer as well and if I see that a client is lazy and not motivated to push themselves with training and diet both in and outside of the gym, I let them go. Yes, it's a loss of revenue in my pocket, but it is also a waste of both of our time. I only take clients willing to push themselves or else I don't want them. I'm more interested in getting people results than I am with a hefty paycheck.

While were at it, do you guys think Arnold juiced for T3

I bet a lot of people out there would like to claim he did to make themselves feel better and give them another excuse for not getting into top form but bottom line is I dont think so. At this point he has too much going for him to risk it. And he also has some other things going for him in his favor, including muscle memory and his killer work ethic.

Ja Rule must juice, have you seen him with his shirt off? He is a five foot animal

ja rule aint on juice

Eviction, Ja Rule is so on juice. Have you seen his 14 pipes? I heard he can bench with two of the big 45 plates on each side. I also heard he can do 50 pushups, non stop. Anyone with this incredible strenght must be on the juice, he probably drinks winy by the gallon.
