Does anyone know if 50cent or LL Cool J use steroids?

BIO...i agree that just cuz a trainer has a lot of clients doesnt mean they are good trainers...i see it first hand at my gym where i train...but there is a reason why these fat people have this lady at ur gym as a trainer...they are not stupid...they dont want to be put thru hell...they tell themselves that they do, but in the back of their mind, they know they will get a cake walk from that bitch, but they still feel good cuz they "have a personal trainer" ...but in hollywood, everyone is not stupid...im sure LL, Brad, etc. have some pretty smart people around them that are capable of picking out a good trainer...and when money isnt an object, its not tough

What exactly is your basis for believing that movie stars have shitty trainers?

yeah boyer hit it on the head i am jealous...rolling eyes...no but seriously I base it on what I see on TV...I have seen several celeb trainers interviewed and alot of them in my opinion were jokes...i mean the exercises they did...and the way they talked about training just came off as ignorant...sounded like they got it from the ACE certification manual lol...and yes i do realize there are good trainers...one person the lady who played Dr. Quinn Medicine woman had a trainer who was also a chiropractor and I felt he was very knowlegable...I disagree also with the comment on people in hollywood are knowledgable...i train a guy who use to live in LA...and he is in mid 40s and came to me out of shape he blamed it on the environment which he lives in now...which i agree...people put more emphasis on health in cali or NY than where I live...anyways I got his bodyfat down from 25% to 15% in a 12 week period of time..which is not bad...but could have been better...if he had eaten more strict...well i am telling you this because he showed me a guys workout that he said was in great shape and he use to train with...it spelt overtraining...and i asked my client if this guy was on AS...because there was no way humanly possible someone could naturally recover from the volume of work...my client said he did not know...so that was the last of that...but my point is ignorance is everywhere and overall am not pleased with trainers...I follow only elite strength coaches and diet gurus...but thats just me...thanks for magman and jubei for your input.

I do agree with Dogbert and calveless wonder as far as over years breeding the elite....thats why i am going to have one kid with a black track runner and one with japanese exchange student...i will have a brillant child and a fast as hell child lol jk...i dont mean that just kidding.

:D thats what i had in mind BioAS... except i want venus or sarena williams (the tennis players) and Lucy Liu

i dont feel like you should base ur whole view of hollywood on one personal experience..it is not a myth how many "perfect bodies" there are out there...and mostly normal people...its not the water they drink...while you may respect only the top strenght coaches, surely this is not who brad pitt would want to work with for obvidous reasons

While were at it, do you guys think Arnold juiced for T3, or if Michael Clark Duncan ever used anything?

Had to say it. I mean look at the tiny guys people ask about? Brad Pitt, 50 cent, Ed Norton? Come one guys, I've been working out less than 4 years, and juice, and already have well over 50 ibs of muscle on all 3 of them. The less obvious guys I would be asking about would be guys like Bruce Willis or Vin Diesel. Not massive guys, but big enough that one might wonder if they juice, sicne we all know guys who use a gram of test a week who are smaller.
