now after you get your results, it shows a chart with 5 rows, are they supposed to be your mon-fri caloric intakes?? or just 5 different examples based on calories per pound?? Please help.

yo i did this thing before a few years back. Yeah it's mon-fri cal intake, or whatever days you start and end.

I think all the columns are according to what you want. It gives you the different options so you know what the breakdown is if you want to eat 12xbw-15xbw.

I used the 12x BW and it worked great.
