Does anyone here shoot 3 cc's into their delts?

I have been putting 2 cc's into my delts and am thinking about upping to 3cc. I have fairly big delts but was wondering if anyone else is doing this?

your a pretty big guy, so u could. its not recommended just because the size of the average persons delts.

you gonna put 3 cc's into each delt?

I have done it before but would not make it a regular habit. I personally have injected 2-3cc in each bicep for a long time and had no probs to speak of, except some good growth

Damn thats some serious juice in the delts. I don't even like to take that much in my glutes. Of course I like to spread my shots out and hit glutes, quads, delts then bi's and start over. Been thinking of tri's, but seems like I would have to be a catortionist

I do it ,but only inject one time each week in each delt.
