I wanted to get back and add some strength & size after lots of reading went for this option on animalpak site.. www.animalpak.com/html/article_details.cfm?ID=48§ion=training
as suggested on the site I do 4 sets - starting 8,6,4,2 reps then to failure at 50% of the weight on first 8 reps, but have now been told at my local gym that the 2 reps at the end dont amount to anything and do more harm to single joint movements ( other words too much stress ).. is this true??
As I dont feel this is the case - and I am getting stronger as the weeks go on.
