As in rowing the boats on the water? LOL
Seriously...I did it for two years at my college, but quit about a year ago. My coach saw me at school today and told me that there was this girl that needed someone to row a pair with. She is badass, too...we would kick ass in that pair.
It is very tempting to me, but I am concerned about my gains...
When I rowed before my shoulders and back got big (that is why I have such broad shoulders and a 40" lat measurement...)
I am wondering if (I am going to alter my diet of course) that would happen again. It would only be 3 days a week instead of 6...and it is a wonderful source of cardio.
Suggestions anyone?
