Does anyone get joint pains from letrozole

it should be expected since lowering E causes less water retention= joint pain, like winny.

I get joint pains especially my knees on .5mg arimidex a day.

I dont have problems with letrozole, however, it is one of the documented sides that can occure.

decrease the dose a bit and it will go away
