Does anyone get a rush after an inject ?

Is it more nerves or do you really get a rush from the inject?i just did a inject and got like a rush sorta like a rush of adrenalin fast heart rate ect made me lil nervous but went away fast there was zero blood after inject and when i asperated

Heard heroin gives you a rush after inject. I know what you mean though, I felt it, moreso when I first started. Now its as regular taking my daily vitamin.
