I floss about once or twice a week, but I usually brush twice a day ever since I got an electric toothbrush about 6 months ago-they work so much better than ordinary toothbrushes. And if you don't like using mouthwash, try Scope's cinammon ice, that shit rocks! It tastes more like a mixed drink than mouthwash.
