Bridging with insulin is an excellent idea because insulin is highly anti-catabolic. Use it before three of your meals starting at 3iu's and working up to as high as 10 if you can handle it. I usually stay between 5-7. You can take it with 5-10grams of creatine as insulin increases creatine uptake sigificantly and the creatine will also help with keeping your weight on. Other then that use clomid for three weeks. Personally I would not bridge with anabolics because then you are not coming off, you may as well just stay on. I know anavar can be used and your body can still recover but to me if you want to come off just use the insulin and clomid and come off. Then when you are ready to go again you will be fresh and ready to roll.
