P peckerwood New member May 22, 2001 #2 used to but i got to damn burnt after a month ! i like to do 8-12 sets of 8-15 reps on one body part then give it 48 hours to recover , this seemed to have worked best for me .

D deadlift New member May 23, 2001 #3 sure 7 days a week no problem, but I need a lot of carbs to do it , and it gets to the point of diminishing returns....
