i have heard he has a very successful template for power training and power lifting... i think he said he was going to release it free some time soon... i dont know is he has... but also... from what u have gathered of DB's training methodologies (AREG) have any of you designed an AREG powerlifting/power training routine?? if you have plz post it, and any ideas u have on this..
