does any one know if its against the law to have empty bottles of juice ?

I used to keep all my old bottles/packaging etc. so I could use it to compare with gear in the future and help identify fakes etc.
Then I got a digicam, photographed it all and made a database on my pc. No need to keep bottles anymore. Saying that you could not get done for empty bottles in the UK anyway.

My Thoughts

I would say that the bottles aren't really empty therefore there is enough AS in them to test which would make them illegal. I can't see how having a bottle with an AS label itself could be illegal if they can't show there was any AS in them. If you feel compelled to keep your collection pull the tops off and rinse the bottles out with alcohol or something to make sure theres nothng left in them. MY 2cents. FG

I agree with Fla., just make sure you rinse all traces of the drug out. Once clean, it will be the equivelent of those folks who collect old Pharmacist bottles that once held opium or coke. Also, having an empty bottle is a lot different than having an empty syringe or pipe..you can't do anything with an empty bottle! Though, if your pad, car or bag is being searched and the police see an empty bottle or label, that they'll have plenty of probable cause to expand/continue their search and obtain a warrant if necessary.

Glass metal and rupper are not illegal in any form. You can own all the crack pipes that you want. If there is any residue of crack on them then they are illegal. Same goes for empty bottles. As long as there is no trace of any illegal substance on them they are fine.
