10mg with breakfast
20mg with lunch
10mg with dinner
-with food
-spread through out the day

havent started yet will the generic anavar be good? they come in 10mg.my dealer said the spa are the best.he only takes 6 a day and his abs have come in all ready!i never new this problem with cholestrol,shall i take nolve all the way through my 10 week cycle.im taking testex and proviron.i thought the anavar was the one with the least sides.bruce410 said:

yea dude generic is fine as long as you know its good powder. capping your own or having it capped is fine as well. when you say generic i assume that is what you mean. i have 50mg tabs and 25mg tabs. so if i wanna run it at 100mg ed than i do 50mg morning and 50mg afternoon, or if i wanna run 50mg ed which i'm sure won't happen i'd take a 25mg in the morning and one afternoon

Im running 60mg a day of Var right now.
On week 4 1/2 of a 10 week cycle and i feel like an animal big time.
Also running clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, and diet is clean as can be.
The Var i have my hands on is 20mg tabs, band name..Oxandrolona from "Oropharma". This shit is insane 4 1/2 weeks and my strength has increased dramatically and im feeling hard as a rock all day long.
I just pop back 3 tabs in one shot in the morning as soon as i get up, and from there on its all about the food you eat to get a good pump.
Just thought i should let all the bros on the forum know this brand is

Yeah, SPA are the best, but not for the price. Just go generic or UG.

yes you can run it through 10-weeks / and i would run it at 100mg ed after it starts kicking in your 3rd-or 4th week. then the magic begins at 100mg ed.doogle said:
