I hear about strength increase etc.. but what about cardio? got a friend who is a runner but doesn't wasnt to take anything until i told him about Anavar. so he wants too but since he runs all the time for competition should he just tke a low dose lets say 20mg? he works out bu maybe once a week or something b/c what he needs more its running since he compete's doing it

Anavar has not increase my cardio or wind. I dont know if there is a drug out there that can do that. Unless you have asthma.

Dead man did you research that? Can u send me the link where you found it. I need all the info i can get :D

Thanks, Chad

I've heard that anavar increases stamina, but I took it and didn't notice anything. but then again I wasn't really looking for stamina gains, just weight and strength gains.

Im in the same boat as Bulldog. I never looked to see if it increased stamina, but i dont think it did, if it did it was slight.

Yes I did research that............but a good few years ago. Anavar definitely does increase stamina, I remember reading and hearing this from medical reports.

I don't know too much about Anavar and stamina increase. It could increase Red Blood Cell count (I think soomeone mentioned this as a side effect). I am doing more research as I am interested in using it.

One substance that does increase RBCs is EPO. EPO is a hormone from the kidneys that stimulates your bone marrow to make more RBCs. It is the stuff pro bikers use. It will definitely and significantly increase endurance. However it can be dangerous if not used correctly (you need to hydrate well and take blood thinners).

Salbutamol is asthma medication (inhaler) and will open up the aveoli in your lungs allowing you to take in more oxygen. It won't significantly improve stamina or endurance, but it will help some.

I don't like ECA as a pre exercise supp. It will definitely help give you a boost, but it can't be regulated (except by changing the dosage you take). The long term sides are really shitty too. I know guys who've developed heart problems from too much ephedrine. It is a bronchodilator. It did a post on this stuff and cardio and why you should avoid it. Do a search under my name.
