Does Adex make you dizzy or light headed?

I upped my dose last week and am feeling kind of light headed and stuff. I'm hoping it's nothing too serious. I was reading that it's a fairly common sympton.

It's probably your diet or training. Could be your supplement intake. It could even be that you got up too fast.

Yes it can, if you are taking too much. If too high a dose will stop the Estrogen in your body, you do need some.

Here is a list of possible side effects from Adex:

Constipation, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, upset stomach, loss of appetite, body aches and pains, headache, dry mouth, scratchy throat, increased cough, dizziness, trouble sleeping, tiredness/weakness, flushing and sweating (hot flashes/hot flushes), hair thinning, and weight change can occur.

Never noticed any feeling whatsoever from a-dex at 1mg/day.
