Does a quad injection hurt?

Do quads quite regular. Lots of muscle to work with. Have some discomfort but none to much to alter my day.

Only time I have found it effected me to a can't move was when I injected prop into my calves. Never, never, never do that again.Felt like a person with a club foot. couldn't put it down for 3 days.

^^^Bro thats too funny, Prop in the calves^^^ I reg do Adequan in my outer calv and as long as I massage the hell out of it afterwards no prob. Tried some BD deca in my inner calv once, wont do that again...
OP, heat that shit up before you pull it out of the vial. I put my vials in a sink of HOT water till its warm to the touch. Then after the injection I heavily massage the area. After that I dont even know Ive injected. I know there is some argument about massage afterwards, but it works for me. I shoot quads and calvs all the time pain free. But I have good gear too and thats a big part of it.

The first time I ever injected was my right quad and I walked like a handicap person for at least 3 days. The pain was unbearable the 2nd day when I was sleeping but that was because I had my girlfriend massage it for a long time, causing it to become aggrivated and enflamed.

You can avoid all this by not flexing when you inject, don't move the pin around when it's in your quad, and leaning on your opposite leg through the day and you should be good.

Everyone is different, but for me, quads don't hurt any more or less than anywhere else. For delts, I have to go for the rear head, which seems to hurt less the next day. If I hit the front head of dead in the center of the delt, it burns! But when I confronted the nurse who wanted to give me my flu shot in the front head of the delt, she said I was the opposite of most. She did as I asked, and gave it in the rear head, and it was fine. She was surprised.

Moral of the story is, (using the known "safe" injection sites), try pinning various places and find the spots that are best for you.

I've used quads almost exclusively since the early 90's, and never had a problem, and only rarely had pain and even then only minimal pain - even with prop or suspension. I love quad shots...easy to see what you are doing, easy to control your hands, easy to clean, etc...

Exactly. I haven't even shot anywhere else, sometimes I think about my glutes but it seems too difficult to reach. I can handle a sore quad but its never bad enough to where I'm limping. Quads are the stuff.

I am two weeks into my first cycle and 3 shots in. So far I have only injected quads. There was a little soreness but nothing major the first time for each location. I also have some 400 MG/ML test and decided to try that out, I shot about .6 CC into the quad I used to first time and I felt absolutely no pain the next day. I guess it depends on the person, I plan on incorporating Delts, Pecs, and Ventrogluteal.

What actually causes the majority of post inject pain? The type of compound/ester, the oil, or the needle piercing the muscle?

Agreed.
Quad shots are convenient and easy. I guess I'm lucky and don't experience much pain there.

OP, hard to tell from your pick if your in the right spot. Looks a little low, but like i said, hard to tell from the pic.
