I am trying to eat 6 meals a day. But because of my busy schedule, it's not practical. Will drinking 3 meal replacement in between 3 regular meals be useful? and if so what meal replacements are good?
I struggled w/ this also. It is really hard if your schedule won't allow it. I guess you can always try cooking some chicken the night before, freeze it and microwave it at work. sometimes u have to be creative...but sometimes, u just ain't got no choice other than uisng MRP or Pure WHEY (depending on your goal)
