Hey Guys,
I'm wondering if any of you are pretty much open with your docs about
juicing. I'm sure a lot of you are since you have to get blood work done after each cycle. Does your insurance pay for the lab work after each cycle?, it may seem like too much. Last time I juiced, the doctor I saw refused to order lab work because he thought it would be "unethical" to abuse the insurance co.!!! He also told me he didn't want to treat a gear user for side effects unless it was an emergency. In other words, he doesn't want to deal with "juice heads" for liability reasons, because we are not suppose to be juicing...bla-bla-bla. What a quack! I've done a few cycles before but never done a lab work for that. Any advice? :worried:

NEVER, NEVER tell a doc that you don't trust.
If he write in your medical file that you are an AAS user - you are screwed.
All insurance companies have access to your medical records and you can be denied insurance in the future or they will disqualify you for supposed "Pre-existing conditions" due to your AAS usage.

Check the following link and have your labs done without your insurance knowing:

I thought the new HIPPA regulations were implimented to protect your privacy and keep your med records confidential??????

Do you think the best option from that site for our purposes would be to get the Liver Profile (if using orals) and the Free Testosterone profile? Or should you get the Free and Total Testosterone profile?

Thanks for the replies. That would give me something to think about. I assume that there are some docs that are gear-friendly, and that offer 100%confidentiality for gear users. I'm not talking about prescribing, but helping users with any concerns they may have or with lab work. I guess I would have to search for one, or really trust a doctor. ;)

What I have done in the past is use an alias. I wanted to get a specific treatment and my kaiser doc wouldn't give it to me. SO I went outside of kaiser and gave the doc an alias. They wanted me to give them SSN and drivers license number but I told them no way I had been a victum of ID theft and that I would pay cash for every visit. It was no problem when they saw the money.

I told a doc once that I was juiced. He checked my blood pressure and it was sky high. He started talking about putting me on BP meds and that's when I told him I had just finished a cycle of 500mg sus and 200 mg cyp per week. He gave me the usual lecture against juicing but then told me my BP would probably go back tp normal within 4 weeks of stopping. Funny thing is I get most of my gear from another doctor that's treating me for various hormone problems caused by a pituitary tumor.

there are plenty of physicians out there that are more openminded than others. just ask around. if you know how to ask the right people. or if all fails just go to an urgent care facility. they wont give a shit. their definately more laid back. better yet just do that.
