Doctor's and Steroids?

Now I was told to be very careful to let out to the family doc that your using because he can choose to write it in his file and the insurance companies will not cover almost any health problem due to them putting it on the blame of a steroid side effect. I wanna find a really good doc that I can confide in and work with on blood tests but am scared to.

I "know of" a guy who uses a fake ID and pays for everything in cash...(but that might require that you have ALOT of cash to spare at times... )

Good thing is paying with cash he usually gives (uhhh, my friend ) free samples of any of the drugs he needs )

I am in the same boat, prefer not to let insurance company know my business

Can you tell the doctor not to write it in the file,or will he have to? I have heard that was a possibility but not sure if it is true or not.
