Do your workouts scare you?

For example I used to work out my legs on friday at same time each time. Each friday the day starts out the same. First I feel awesome, then as the time to my workout is closer and closer I start to literally shit my pants (Ok so I run in the washroom all the time until the dreaded time is there).


YEH! My body is conditioned to freak out at a certain time (today I worked oyt 1 h earlier and avoided these 'fears' "

Anyone expereinced something like that?
 
Every few weeks when I know that it is time to increase the weight/resistance on my exercises I get apprehensive about it. Because I set myself an ambitious goal of just how much I am going to lift and then I have to keep it... that's a little scary.

hardgainer (ain't scared of nothin!!!!! Except scary stuff :rolleyes: )
 
Legs kind of scare me too. Especially now cause of that damn picture posted by Endpoint on the scariest lift poll.
