Schweet! Tx. I have just come off a 12 week cycle (2nd cycle in 7 years, so basically my 1st), mild cycle. Cyp - 125mg Mo & 125mg Thu (due to the nice 1/2-life). Mo - Fri 15mg Methandrostenenlone (10mg an hour before training in the morning after some muesli&joghurt and 5mg after supper). Sat & Sun off. Consumed in excess of 4500 Calories/day and trained muscle groups to failure ensuring that I encorporate ALL fibres and then timed my recovery period to an estimate of 96hrs before training same muscle group. Got good gains ... started cycle at 180lbs with 21%bf ( I know!) with my bi's & tri's measuring just over 12 ", chest 38, waist almost 43" (imagine how that looked LOL!) and now, while on pct in my 6th week upper arms just over 15", chest 44" and waist 36" ... am now 205lbs measured approx 18% bf. I have been off now for almost 6 weeks ... can I jump back on another bulking cycle in 2 weeks' time (post pct) or should I wait a bit and carry on training. At what stage would a cutting cycle be appropriate ... now, before the next bulk, or should i try to het my goal of 240lbs with reasonable (16%) bf and then cut down to about 11%bf (I have no intention of competing, so 11%bf should be okay, eh?) and then bulk up again until i can weigh in at a healthy and reasonably lean 240lbs? At a height of 5'11" 240lbs lean-ish should look good. Keep in mind though that that goal weight is one I set for over the next 4 years with a LOT of discipline, training and nutrition (not forgetting AAS![]()
time on=pct+time off. Thats is the way you should do it but I always liked just time on+time of including pct. So including pct if your cycle was 12 weeks then you would do a 4 weeks pct and then stay of another 8 weeks after that. Or do a 6 week pct and stay off another 6 weeks after that.
You can also do something like this
12 week cycle
4 week pct
4 weeks bridge ( Bridge)
4 weeks sarms
then back on cycle again.. You can do the sarsm first and the bridge after if you like too. That would make it even more of a downword pyramid cycle stile till the next cycle starts. HMMM thinking about it I like that a lot!!!
For your next cycle I would focus on a cutter but of course at your level there is no reason why you can not cut a shit load of fat and at the same time add more muscle. I would be looking into a test/primo/mast/ kind of a cycle with some need2slin/gear/forged burner added to it.
