Do you use dumbbells?

You know, if I knew, once upon a time, what I know now I would have built my routines (and equipment) around dumbells. I would have bought a bench that can accomodate trays, bought adjustable dumbells, etc.

I think dumbells are better for chest, shoulder and arm exercises, I really do, they offer greater ROM and you don't have the "cheat" factor that barbells afford you.
 
after 2 years of using bb i swithed to db bench and i am seeing alot of strength come out of it. in about 2 months i will switch back.
 
i use dumbbells for everything except chest....after u get past 120lb dumbbells its a biiitch to get them up hah
 
Incline and flat db bench almost always. I hurt my rotator benching 'heavy' on flat bench, ever since switching to db's I have had no problems.
 
Dumbell clean and press and dumbell snatch. I think I like one arm snatch just for the looks from others. Problem is most gyms I've been to lately do not have dumbells over 175. 200+lb dumbellls are going the way of squat racks and deadlift platforms.
