Do you use a firewall?

I just installed Zone alarm and every five minutes i get an alert saying that the firewall is blocking acess to my computer to some IP number.
Hackers?

My router acts as my firewall, i don't use a software firewall like blackice or zonealarm or anything like that though...

Set in the configurations not to give you a pop-up notification everytime someone makes an attempt to access

Most of the time it's just port scan and shit of your IP block

i was using sygate for a while....i gotta reinstall it....i am getting tired of these network message spammings.....

Zone Alarm... with XP it always used to give me those "blocked connection" things... not anymore now

I've got 3..The one that comes with XP(don't know how good it is) Norton internet Security corporate(which rules) and my router.

You guys that don't have one would be suprised at how many hackers there are out there.
