im sorry but if you dont train and your here...LOSER

unless you got hurt or are in it for other reasons...then its OK.
 
i also will post a poll about steroids... i'm curious how many chatters use or have used...

Phew...glad to know I'm on the track to Arnold-esque physique. Just need a pony tail.

Yes, I train 4 times a week. I doubt everyone here trains though.
They're here for other purposes.
 
Yes. 5 day split for a while now, but going to move to a 3-day modified WSB split with some strongman event training on Saturdays. pretty fucking weak, so it's time to change that.

what is your pl numbers bro?
 
I am back doing cardio 5/6(M,T,W,T,F,S) days a week and weights 4 days a week (M/Tue & Thu/F)

it would be an embarassment to even think about referring to them as PL numbers. bench- have no idea, because I tore my RC a while ago I pretty much gave up on bench. starting to get back into it now. squat - 1RM probably around 275, 300. haven't squatted in about 2 months cause of a lower back injury. DL - not sure. probably around 285, 3 bills? also haven't DLed in a while. that is why I want to do this modified WSB - I need to spend a good year of strength training before I can even think about competing in a strongman comp.
 
Been lifting for seventeen years since I was fifteen. No need to get any bigger so my weight training is just maintenance with muscle memory. No need to be huge and use roids, at some point one becomes big enough.
Cardio and running is my main thing with lifting just a minor thing nowadays, feel healthier and more energy and clothes fit alot better, Ill never be small though, lifted too long, muscle becomes permanent

i train WSB as well, works good for me.
hit 455 on sq today, pr for me since i broke my foot
as well, recently tried lifting 240 lb atlas stone, couldn't
budge it
 
I have a boflex body... ;)
 
Play a lot of sport (football, rugby, boxing, mountainbiking) but if I'm not playing then I'm in the gym for sure.
It's got to the point now that if I don't do some sort of exercise in the day I feel low.
 
Cant and dont have the desire to compete any longer so now I fight just to maintain dwindling mass. Been lifting for more than half my life.

I've ALWAYS hated cardio, so I just do more of circuit-type training. Still do a classic bbing type lifting split, but I do a lot of supersetting, drop setting/giant setting, etc.

I really oughtta clean my diet up. I have lost a lot of mass lately and need to do better with what I eat. I look like such a girl. BLECH.... hate it.
 
I dont train as regularly anymore,but thats because I lost track and am now deciding staying out all night partying every weekend sucks balls,and being on a good diet is a good thing.

its amazing how much fat one can gain on a shit diet and no routine for a month,my god im fat
 
Yep, I train, weight lift, whatever you want to call it.... Most of my "cardio" is walking with some HIIT..... working on my "diet" now & trying to clean it up & let it do the work to lose the bf I want to.....

I hit it 4 days a week

been off though, fractured a finger and gripping shit is hard.

and I have a cough that wont go away.
 
I like to run outside durring the melt and moutain bike, but yeah. Fuck cardio...

How about getting a job? Maybe that will keep you occupied between meals? I know it does for me.

4 workouts each week and at least 2 cardio sessions. Between work, study, and exercise I need my rest.
