no, and point blank tell people who do that theyre wankers. most people are abashed and pick up their trash. others...well, lets just say that i can be a total bastard and rip peoples self esteem up when i feel like it 
Do you throw trash on the ground or out of your car window on a regular basis?

Never. I hate it when people throw trash out, especially cig. butts! The worst I ever saw was a guy that pulled up to a stop light. He opened his door and dumped out his entire ashtray right at the intersection. WTF! I couldn't believe it. It's a terrible crime against nature IMO to make the outside your personal trash can.

F**k no! One of the worst ass-beatings I ever got as a kid was when my old man saw me throw something out the window of the car. . .left me with an indelible impression. When I'm real busy, like right now, the floor of my car is covered with shit. . .water bottles, protien bar wrappers, rtd boxes, etc. . .but, I will NOT litter. . .bad karma.

I was out riding last weekend and some white trash idiot threw her cigarette out of the window. Thought I was gonna get hit with a lit cigarette at 50 mph for a sec.
I won't throw litter out of the window, but on occasion I have been known to sling a pickle off a burger some fast food jockey f'd up the order on.
99% of the time it stays in the car, when it doesn't it's a food product that some animal will eat. <-- I live on the edge of the city and the sticks.

If it's biodegrable (banana peel, etc) I'll toss it out. Or I walk to class in the morning eating a nana for a quick breakfast, I have this tree where I throw all the peels, good fertilizer

I do not litter, however I've thrown beer bottles and boxes out of the window before when saw blue lights flashing at a road block up ahead.
