On a serious note, i just finished my second day of Doggcraps workout. I made the mistake of doing legs first the first day and tried the 50 rep to failure and came just shy of throwing up after completing them. I wasn't able to continue after that.

Tonight I was able to make it through chest/shoulders/back..doing everything with a 4-7 second negatiave has killed my strength.

So you liking doggrapps training yet?
